We read it

Your enquiry comes straight to the workshop and is read by the engineer who would do the work.

We ask anything unclear

If a tolerance, a material or a fit is ambiguous, we come back with a question rather than a guess.

We quote

You get a price and a lead time. If the job is outside our capability, we will say so at this stage.

What to include

Drawings or sketches, with the dimensions that matter
Quantities — now, and over a year if known
Material, or the requirements it has to meet
Tolerances and which ones are functional
Finish or coating, and who is arranging it
The date you need the parts by

Response time

We aim to respond to enquiries within [X] working hours. Straightforward one-offs are usually priced the same working day; larger or more complex jobs may take a little longer while we work through the drawing.

Large files

Drawings in PDF, DWG, DXF, STEP or IGES are preferred. If your files are too large for the form, or your provider blocks uploads, send them by email or share a download link instead — that is never a problem.
